This site has no forms; personal data is obtained only automatically, through your browser.

Delivering the site: the site is served over Cloudflare's infrastructure; to deliver the pages to you and to protect the site against misuse, Cloudflare technically processes your IP address and browser information.

Strictly necessary record: your cookie choice and its date are kept in your browser's local storage for six months. This record is not sent off the site.

Statistics cookies: Google Analytics runs only if you give your explicit consent. The pages you visit, the time of the visit, the type of device and browser, an approximate location, the address that brought you to the site and a random identifier are processed through the Google Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_G2T4QMN1D6). These cookies stay in your browser for up to two years and are deleted when you withdraw your consent.

If you write to us through the WhatsApp link on the site, what you send is processed only to answer your request.

The data processed to deliver the site is processed to bring the site to you and keep it secure, on the ground of Article 5(2)(f) of the Law (the controller's legitimate interest).

The strictly necessary record is processed to remember your cookie choice and to keep a record of your consent, on the ground of Article 5(2)(f) of the Law.

Statistics cookies are processed to measure visits to the site, solely on your explicit consent under Article 5(1) of the Law.

What you send through WhatsApp is processed to answer your request and to form a contract, on the ground of Article 5(2)(c) of the Law.

The data processed to deliver the site may also be processed on the servers of the infrastructure provider Cloudflare in other countries. The data collected by the statistics cookies is transferred to the service provider Google and processed on Google's servers in other countries; this transfer begins only after you give your explicit consent. Both transfers are subject to Article 9 of the Law. Beyond these, your data is transferred to no one, except on the request of authorities empowered by law.

You can change your choice or withdraw your consent at any time through the "Cookie settings" link at the foot of every page.

Under Article 11 of the Law you may apply to the data controller to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it has been; to learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used in line with it; to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it has been transferred; to request its rectification if it is incomplete or inaccurate; to request its erasure or destruction under the conditions of Article 7 of the Law; to request that these rectifications and erasures be notified to the third parties to whom it was transferred; to object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems; and to claim compensation if you suffer damage from unlawful processing.

You can send your requests in writing to the address above or to info@serkalaw.com. Under Article 13 of the Law, your application is concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest.
